No. Elia Home Security LLC is an independently owned and operated ADT Authorized Provider. We install and service ADT-monitored security systems, but we are not ADT LLC or an ADT employee.
The $99 Customer Installation Charge covers the professional installation of your ADT-monitored security system by our certified technicians. It is required with all monitoring agreements.

ADT's Longest Money-Back Guarantee applies after ADT has made attempts to resolve a system-related issue and has not been able to resolve it within the first 6 months of your contract. Equipment must be fully removed before a refund is processed.
Your ADT system includes a backup battery that activates during a power loss and will operate your alarm system for several hours. ADT's monitoring centers are also fully redundant.
